About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain office inventory, facilitate supply orders, and complete general office duties
- Support employees with onboarding tasks, appointment setting, and travel arrangements
- Provide meeting assistance through scheduling, presentation preparation, and note-taking
- Handle various office tasks related to communication and organization
- Uphold organizational policies and procedures to ensure office-wide coordination
Requirements

- Experience or skills in administrative support
