About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and support functions including maintaining files, preparing paperwork, and running reports
  • Organize, coordinate, and maintain all client paperwork
  • Correspond with clients to complete new accounts, asset transfers, and other forms
  • Handle routine client account matters such as name/address changes and bank authorizations
  • Research and resolve client service problems by contacting Home Office and Sponsor Companies
  • Ensure office procedures are followed and record all transactions on appropriate logs

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Administrative Assistant and Customer Service experience
  • Proficiency in typing (40-60 wpm)
  • Ability to utilize G-Suite, CRM, and other cloud-based applications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
