About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with the revision and preparation of training materials
- Develop and edit regularly scheduled draft status reports
- Confer with senior managers regarding incoming inquiries and prepare correspondence for signature
- Support the program office to ensure consistent correspondence with regional personnel
- Manage training activities within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other software
- Organize, maintain, and file official class and student records via the FPS Training Management IT system
- Maintain division files using a logical system for easy retrieval
- Establish and maintain purchase card folders and correspondence for the TPD Purchase Card program
- Monitor records and statistical data regarding administrative services
- Perform other ad hoc assignments as determined
Requirements
- Experience in administrative support roles
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar software
- Strong organizational and filing skills
- Ability to manage correspondence and prepare reports
- Experience maintaining official records and statistical data
