Responsibilities

  • Organize and plan internal and external training sessions
  • Manage registration and follow-up for training, certificates, and participants
  • Manage e-learning accounts and digital systems
  • Track inspections and calibrations of equipment
  • Support audits and workplace inspections
  • Manage documentation such as Safety Data Sheets
  • Assist with the onboarding of new colleagues
  • Prepare reports and maintain data oversight
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties

Requirements

  • HBO working and thinking level (preferably administrative)
  • Experience with administrative processes and planning
  • Proficiency with digital tools
  • Accurate, independent, and structured working style
  • Clear communication skills
  • Fluency in Dutch and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power BI
