Responsibilities
- Organize and plan internal and external training sessions
- Manage registration and follow-up for training, certificates, and participants
- Manage e-learning accounts and digital systems
- Track inspections and calibrations of equipment
- Support audits and workplace inspections
- Manage documentation such as Safety Data Sheets
- Assist with the onboarding of new colleagues
- Prepare reports and maintain data oversight
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
Requirements
- HBO working and thinking level (preferably administrative)
- Experience with administrative processes and planning
- Proficiency with digital tools
- Accurate, independent, and structured working style
- Clear communication skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI

- Salary between €2,600 and €3,300
