About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the admissions and registration process for Sponsored Learners within the Department of Postgraduate Medical Education
- Resolve minor complaints and provide detailed information to learners regarding program requirements, eligibility, and deadlines
- Implement process improvements for the application cycle
- Determine logistical details and activities for departmental events and programming
- Verify the accuracy of enrollment information
- Collect data and generate reports on sponsored trainee registration, leaves, and fellowship programs
- Disseminate evaluation materials to sponsoring agencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or an acceptable combination of equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years in a related administrative role
- Demonstrated experience in event logistics and programming
- Experience verifying enrollment information and providing support to individuals
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data measurement tools (e.g., survey software)
- Strong data collection and reporting skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines with high accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a higher education or medical education environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
- Proven track record of process improvement and problem-solving
