Responsibilities

  • Manage the permit research and submission process from start to finish
  • Research permit requirements using internal databases, AI tools, and direct government resources
  • Make outbound calls to U.S. government offices to verify requirements and follow up on submissions
  • Build and track permit-related tasks and maintain organized documentation
  • Coordinate with customers to collect required documents and information
  • Submit permit applications through government portals and handle follow-up inquiries

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, BPO, Virtual Assistant, or Operations role
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) for interacting with U.S. government offices and customers
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with exceptional accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a self-directed manner
  • Intel Core i5 processor or better, minimum 8GB RAM, and a stable internet connection with a backup option
  • Availability to work the night shift (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM local time)
