Responsibilities
- Elaborate price estimates
- Organize, check, and control employee documentation required by clients
- Monitor expiration dates of documents, certificates, training, and clearances
- Update control spreadsheets and administrative reports
- Provide support for the sector's administrative routines
Requirements
- High school diploma completed
- Experience with corporate documentation, contracts, or employee integration
- Experience in commercial support, administration, or proposal control
- Detail-oriented and highly organized profile
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work with controls, deadlines, and documentation
- Good communication and responsibility with information and processes
