About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform purchase requests for materials, supplies, and equipment
- Control the entry, exit, and organization of equipment and materials
- Conduct inventory and warehouse/stock control
- Update control spreadsheets and administrative reports
- Organize internal documents and records
- Monitor maintenance, delivery, and movement of equipment
- Support departmental administrative demands
Requirements
- High school diploma completed
- Organized profile with attention to detail and strong control capacity
- Experience in administrative routines, purchasing, or warehousing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with asset control or equipment management
