About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform purchase requests for materials, supplies, and equipment
  • Control the entry, exit, and organization of equipment and materials
  • Conduct inventory and warehouse/stock control
  • Update control spreadsheets and administrative reports
  • Organize internal documents and records
  • Monitor maintenance, delivery, and movement of equipment
  • Support departmental administrative demands

Requirements

  • High school diploma completed
  • Organized profile with attention to detail and strong control capacity
  • Experience in administrative routines, purchasing, or warehousing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with asset control or equipment management
