- Organize and control documentation and spreadsheets
- Issue service orders for billing
- Manage sending and receiving of laboratory samples
- Purchase and control chemical and laboratory materials
- Provide telephone and email support to internal and external clients
- Provide administrative support to the laboratory
- Manage logistics for analysis materials
- Control the entry and exit of invoices
Requirements

- Background or specialization in Administration
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
