Current Diploma or Degree student, English fluency, Bahasa Malaysia fluency, Detail-oriented
About the role
Responsibilities
- Typing, issuing, and recording inspection reports and certificates
- Performing data entry of client details for invoicing
- Preparing invoices for approval
- Handling phone calls and directing enquiries to appropriate personnel
- Assisting with sending faxes and emails to clients
- Maintaining strict client confidentiality
- Assisting in coordinating daily operations and maintaining administrative records
- Adhering to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies
Requirements
- Current Diploma or Degree student in Administration or a related field
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
