About the role

Responsibilities

  • Typing, issuing, and recording inspection reports and certificates
  • Performing data entry of client details for invoicing
  • Preparing invoices for approval
  • Handling phone calls and directing enquiries to appropriate personnel
  • Assisting with sending faxes and emails to clients
  • Maintaining strict client confidentiality
  • Assisting in coordinating daily operations and maintaining administrative records
  • Adhering to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies

Requirements

  • Current Diploma or Degree student in Administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
