About the role
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers visiting the ITV station
- Receive calls and schedule appointments for inspections
- Receive documentation and maintain station databases
- Manage payment processing and fee collection
- Perform daily and monthly documentation closures
Requirements
- Higher Degree in Administration and Finance or similar fields
- 6 months to 1 year of previous administrative experience preferred
- Availability to work Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts
