About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process and track customer orders by maintaining system data and delivery status
  • Support department projects and audits through data analysis and progress control
  • Act as a communication bridge between the department and customers regarding verification and service inquiries
  • Operate internal computer systems with English interfaces for data entry and processing
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and other flexible support as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • High level of attention to detail, patience, and responsibility
  • Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-departmental tasks
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with English-language system interfaces and data analysis is preferred
  • Experience in ISO, certification, project management, or related industries is a plus
