About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage time tracking, including medical certificates, adjustment requests, and monthly report issuance
- Oversee vacation management by monitoring expiration periods and coordinating with employees
- Process reimbursement requests and mission expenses through director approval and accounting
- Handle accounts payable tasks, including rent, property tax (IPTU), condo fees, and utility bills
- Coordinate with the HR/Payroll department regarding work schedules and meal deductions
Requirements
- Degree (in progress or completed) in Administration or a related field
- Previous experience in administrative routines
