About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage time tracking, including medical certificates, adjustment requests, and monthly report issuance
  • Oversee vacation management by monitoring expiration periods and coordinating with employees
  • Process reimbursement requests and mission expenses through director approval and accounting
  • Handle accounts payable tasks, including rent, property tax (IPTU), condo fees, and utility bills
  • Coordinate with the HR/Payroll department regarding work schedules and meal deductions

Requirements

  • Degree (in progress or completed) in Administration or a related field
  • Previous experience in administrative routines
