About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for School of the Arts development activities, including donor correspondence and stewardship.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, solicitation materials, and fundraising memoranda.
- Support the production and distribution of fundraising mailings and donor acknowledgment letters.
- Maintain and update mailing lists and track donor/prospect information within the UpRoar database.
- Coordinate administrative support for development and alumni engagement events.
- Handle sensitive and confidential material with tact and discretion.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an office environment performing administrative support functions.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with database management and/or desktop publishing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
