Responsibilities
- Perform all clerical and secretarial functions
- Design, maintain, and secure filing systems and office records
- Define procedures for record retention and disposal
- Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure
- Plan and implement office systems, layout, and equipment procurement
- Maintain and replenish office inventory and supplies
- Verify receipt of supplies and anticipate needed stock

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant
