About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer to maximize daily effectiveness
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across various time zones
- Prioritize and manage executive email communications
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, expenses, and lodging
- Take thorough meeting notes and distribute follow-up action items
- Support the planning of company-wide events, offsites, and strategic meetings
- Assist with department projects and prepare presentations for company meetings
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of corporate experience, or 2+ years of professional administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle urgent requests and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
