About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks including mail, telephone, and email correspondence
- Handle incoming invoicing, control entries, manage disputes, and process re-invoicing to agencies
- Monitor fleet management, including traffic violations, fuel consumption, telematics, and vehicle rentals
- Oversee general services such as regulatory controls and postage
- Manage orders for branded products, administrative supplies, and workwear
- Maintain the supplier database and nomenclature
- Consolidate and format internal material catalogs
- Provide support to Purchasing and General Services Managers at various agencies
Requirements
- Minimum of a BAC + 2 degree specialized in administration or purchasing
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to take initiative and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of products related to the industrial engineering and construction sectors
