About the role
Responsibilities
- Human Resources: Manage timesheets and assist in recruiting temporary staff.
- General Expenses: Oversee structure equipment, contract management, and waste sorting.
- Treasury: Analyze client accounts, perform payment reminders, and record supplier invoices.
- Operations: Register client orders in the ERP, issue invoices, prepare progress reports, and assist with tender responses and platform submissions.
- Quality & Clients: Implement procedures in coordination with QSE, maintain quality dashboards, track client complaints, and manage satisfaction surveys.
Requirements
- Degree (BAC/BAC +2) in secretarial studies or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction (BTP) sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong writing skills and computer literacy.
- Knowledge of the construction industry, ideally regarding electrical installations.
