About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage client relations including account creation and order/contract entry in the ERP
- Handle invoicing, client follow-ups, and payment tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams and headquarters
- Manage supplier accounts, subcontracting contracts, and purchase orders
- Process supplier invoices and transmit data to the accounting department
- Monitor subscriptions and service agreements (fuel, telephony, etc.)
- Track personnel attendance and medical visit schedules
Requirements
- Educational background: Bac to Bac +2/3 in management, administration, or assistant roles (e.g., BTS GPME)
- Proven experience in a versatile administrative role
- Experience working within BTP (Construction), Services, or SME environments
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with multiple stakeholders
