About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relations including account creation and order/contract entry in the ERP
  • Handle invoicing, client follow-ups, and payment tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams and headquarters
  • Manage supplier accounts, subcontracting contracts, and purchase orders
  • Process supplier invoices and transmit data to the accounting department
  • Monitor subscriptions and service agreements (fuel, telephony, etc.)
  • Track personnel attendance and medical visit schedules

Requirements

  • Educational background: Bac to Bac +2/3 in management, administration, or assistant roles (e.g., BTS GPME)
  • Proven experience in a versatile administrative role
  • Experience working within BTP (Construction), Services, or SME environments
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with multiple stakeholders
