About the role
Responsibilities
- Process and enter customer orders into the system, ensuring data accuracy for delivery and billing
- Manage customer relations by updating client data and contacting customers via telephone for additional information
- Record all customer interactions within the CRM system
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service processes and solve problems
- Extract and update weekly and monthly activity files and data
- Provide administrative support for HR tasks, including tracking absences
Requirements
- Currently a student preparing for a BTS GPME or Assistant Manager degree
- Strong teamwork skills and excellent interpersonal qualities
- Proficiency in IT tools and office software
- Comfortable and professional with telephone communication
