About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver white-glove support to broker partners through the quoting and underwriting process
- Master Company’s product portfolio to best represent the Company in the marketplace
- Provide feedback on processes to improve office efficiency
- Perform data entry of quoting and underwriting information
- Deliver requested quotes accurately and by agreed-upon deadlines
- Perform in-depth paperwork reviews to ensure documentation for prospective clients
- Support Regional Sales Directors in a team environment
- Work with other departments to advance the Company
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High School Graduate or GED
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to health insurance
