About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver white-glove support to broker partners through the quoting and underwriting process
  • Master Company’s product portfolio to best represent the Company in the marketplace
  • Provide feedback on processes to improve office efficiency
  • Perform data entry of quoting and underwriting information
  • Deliver requested quotes accurately and by agreed-upon deadlines
  • Perform in-depth paperwork reviews to ensure documentation for prospective clients
  • Support Regional Sales Directors in a team environment
  • Work with other departments to advance the Company

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to health insurance
