About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and NLG Capital Leadership Team
  • Manage sophisticated calendar management, prioritizing inquiries and troubleshooting conflicts
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries, and manage expense reports
  • Plan and execute events including meetings, team building, and client dinners
  • Draft communications and manage information flow for leadership
  • Manage departmental operations such as team onboarding and inventory
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion regarding CIO affairs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience/certification)
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative professional experience
  • Experience in project coordination
  • Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite Monday through Thursday in New York, NY
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with MSO365, Concur, Salesforce, and UltiPro
  • Ability to rapidly learn new company-specific systems
