About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and NLG Capital Leadership Team
- Manage sophisticated calendar management, prioritizing inquiries and troubleshooting conflicts
- Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries, and manage expense reports
- Plan and execute events including meetings, team building, and client dinners
- Draft communications and manage information flow for leadership
- Manage departmental operations such as team onboarding and inventory
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion regarding CIO affairs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience/certification)
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative professional experience
- Experience in project coordination
- Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Thursday in New York, NY
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with MSO365, Concur, Salesforce, and UltiPro
- Ability to rapidly learn new company-specific systems
