About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks including phone support, correspondence, expense reporting, and calendar maintenance
- Process incoming system work orders according to established policies
- Maintain contact listings for property, tenants, and vendors
- Monitor expiration dates for service contracts, tenant leases, and insurance certificates
- Initiate rent collection correspondence with tenants
- Assist in coordinating tenant newsletters, events, and appreciation packages
- Code and input invoices into the accounting system
- Maintain property and administrative files including vendor and construction contracts
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of office administration experience
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher
- Background in property management
