About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Assistant Director of Simulation and Training
- Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and general office operations
- Serve as a professional point of contact for visitors and campus partners
- Coordinate meetings and special events, including minute-taking and catering support
- Assist with purchase requests and other basic fiscal tasks
- Support simulation activities through proctoring, control room coverage, and attendance tracking
- Contribute to strategic planning, accreditation reporting, and Center operations
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Specific certifications as required for the role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an office setting

- Previous experience in an office setting
- Experience supporting academic, simulation, or healthcare education environments
