About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Assistant Director of Simulation and Training
  • Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and general office operations
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for visitors and campus partners
  • Coordinate meetings and special events, including minute-taking and catering support
  • Assist with purchase requests and other basic fiscal tasks
  • Support simulation activities through proctoring, control room coverage, and attendance tracking
  • Contribute to strategic planning, accreditation reporting, and Center operations

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Specific certifications as required for the role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in an office setting
