About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support to Plant Leadership
  • Manage all forms of communication to ensure clarity across the team and stakeholders
  • Maintain plant organizational charts and headcount files
  • Compile and organize data from various sources for analysis and presentation
  • Support HR with plant-related recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Track and drive completion of key deliverables including compliance training and vaccination records
  • Participate in planning and preparation of project plans, plant communications, and dashboards

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Strong administrative support knowledge with ability to handle sensitive information
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and detail-orientation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and shift priorities under changing deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries
  • C-level or executive administration experience
  • Experience working in a large, matrix environment
