About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support to Plant Leadership
- Manage all forms of communication to ensure clarity across the team and stakeholders
- Maintain plant organizational charts and headcount files
- Compile and organize data from various sources for analysis and presentation
- Support HR with plant-related recruitment and onboarding activities
- Track and drive completion of key deliverables including compliance training and vaccination records
- Participate in planning and preparation of project plans, plant communications, and dashboards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of administrative assistant experience
- Strong administrative support knowledge with ability to handle sensitive information
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and detail-orientation skills
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities under changing deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries
- C-level or executive administration experience
- Experience working in a large, matrix environment
