About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support including email correspondence and generation of memos, letters, and spreadsheets
- Manage extensive calendars utilizing Outlook for client calls, meetings, and appointments
- Schedule and coordinate onsite and offsite meeting logistics
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Assist in maintaining departmental workload reports
- Prepare materials for meetings and proofread documents for accuracy
- Coordinate, prepare, and reconcile expenses via Concur
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidence
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative support role in a fast-paced office setting
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Concur
