About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support including email correspondence and generation of memos, letters, and spreadsheets
  • Manage extensive calendars utilizing Outlook for client calls, meetings, and appointments
  • Schedule and coordinate onsite and offsite meeting logistics
  • Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • Assist in maintaining departmental workload reports
  • Prepare materials for meetings and proofread documents for accuracy
  • Coordinate, prepare, and reconcile expenses via Concur
  • Handle sensitive information with strict confidence

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative support role in a fast-paced office setting
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Concur
