About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to management and staff
- Manage correspondence including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Prepare, format, and file reports, documents, and official letters
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars
- Assist in preparing project-related documentation
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and external partners
- Handle office supplies, records, and general office administration tasks
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative needs
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in an administrative assistant or similar role
- Mandatory prior professional experience (no fresh graduates)
- Fluency in Arabic, English, and French (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a contracting or engineering firm
