About the role
Responsibilities
- Schedule international and domestic travel, including detailed bookings, pick-ups, and meeting coordination
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Manage phone calls, schedule meetings, and assist visitors
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning
- Draft and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems
- Plan meetings and record detailed minutes
- Provide information by answering questions and requests professionally
Requirements
- High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or certificate program preferred
- 3 years of administrative assistant experience preferred
- 2 years of experience scheduling international and domestic travel for Executives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
