Higher education in Administration, 3+ years administrative experience, Advanced Excel skills, MS Office proficiency, Spanish fluency, English B2 (preferred), Driving license B (preferred)

About the role
Responsibilities
- Attend to internal and external customers via telephone, email, or in person
- Prepare and draft necessary documentation, including commercial offers, management reports, and letters
- Manage supplier relations through various communication channels
- Handle document filing and control
- Provide coordination support between different areas, specifically with technicians and assembly supervisors
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all information within the work area
- Participate in periodic and extraordinary delegation meetings
- Comply with company standards regarding Safety, Ethics, and Quality
Requirements
- Higher education in Administration (specialization in commercial or collections management is recommended)
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience with customer service
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Fluency in Spanish
- English level B2 is preferred
- Valid driving license (Category B) is preferred
