About the role

Responsibilities

  • Attend to internal and external customers via telephone, email, or in person
  • Prepare and draft necessary documentation, including commercial offers, management reports, and letters
  • Manage supplier relations through various communication channels
  • Handle document filing and control
  • Provide coordination support between different areas, specifically with technicians and installation supervisors
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of all information within the work area
  • Participate in periodic and extraordinary delegation meetings
  • Comply with company standards regarding Safety, Ethics, and Quality

Requirements

  • Higher education in Administration
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience with customer service
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
  • Fluency in Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specialized training in commercial management or collections management
  • English language proficiency (B2 level)
  • Valid driving license (Category B)
