Requirements
Associate's degree, Two years administrative experience, Valid Texas driver's license
About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform complex administrative support and technical program assistance
- Disseminate information, maintain filing systems, and manage records
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, forms, and documents
- Maintain scheduling and event calendars
- Assist in compiling statistical data and preparing charts, graphs, and written summaries
- Prepare invoices, memos, letters, and financial statements using various software
- Interpret and explain rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Review applications for agency services to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate and direct office services, including departmental finances and budget preparation
- Supervise, train, and orient clerical staff and establish work procedures
Requirements
- Associate's degree from a junior college
- Two (2) years of experience in administrative support work
- Valid Texas motor vehicle operator's license
- Ability to be insured by the County's insurance carrier
