About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support daily office operations, including managing shared spaces, supplies, equipment, and team resources
  • Coordinate purchasing for office supplies, program materials, catering, and technology
  • Maintain invoice trackers, including budget codes, approvals, and payment status
  • Support scheduling and calendar coordination for meetings, workshops, events, and site visits
  • Coordinate logistics for NIC activities such as Accelerator sessions, retreats, and community events
  • Support social media accounts by maintaining a content calendar and organizing assets
  • Maintain shared files, folder structures, templates, and version control
  • Act as a first point of contact for general inquiries related to office operations and procurement

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of related secretarial or administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and shared document systems
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of a recognized business or secretarial arts diploma
  • Previous experience with project or event coordination
  • Experience working within a healthcare environment
