About the role
Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations, including managing shared spaces, supplies, equipment, and team resources
- Coordinate purchasing for office supplies, program materials, catering, and technology
- Maintain invoice trackers, including budget codes, approvals, and payment status
- Support scheduling and calendar coordination for meetings, workshops, events, and site visits
- Coordinate logistics for NIC activities such as Accelerator sessions, retreats, and community events
- Support social media accounts by maintaining a content calendar and organizing assets
- Maintain shared files, folder structures, templates, and version control
- Act as a first point of contact for general inquiries related to office operations and procurement
Requirements
- Two (2) years of related secretarial or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and shared document systems
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of a recognized business or secretarial arts diploma
- Previous experience with project or event coordination
- Experience working within a healthcare environment
