About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and type forms, documents, and schedules as directed.
- Track and monitor special incidents, census, and demographic information for compliance.
- Analyze data from multiple sources and assist in preparing statistical reports.
- Perform audits of personnel files and electronic health record (E.H.R.) profiles to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide in-service training to program staff and create training manuals.
- Manage operational tasks including ordering supplies, monitoring mail, and performing new employee onboarding.
- Support admissions processes by reviewing applications and coordinating with referring agencies.
Requirements
- GED or High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a business office or similar position.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Windows, and other Microsoft applications.
- Strong analytical and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree (AA).
- Experience in residential treatment or working with individuals facing chemical dependency or mental health disorders.
- Training in computer science or experience with accounting, bookkeeping, and client records.
