About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support for the Dean’s Suite to ensure an efficient office environment
- Serve as the primary reception contact, greeting visitors and providing hospitality support to faculty, staff, and guests
- Manage scheduling and reservation requests for multiple conference rooms, including resolving conflicts and coordinating setups
- Coordinate office and kitchen supply purchasing, inventory management, and replenishment
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of shared office and conference spaces
- Support meeting logistics through calendar management, drafting correspondence, and preparing professional documents
Requirements
- High School/GED or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative support
- Successful completion of a background check

- Associate’s degree
