About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support group administration including contract and insurance billing, fee collections, and client scheduling
  • Prepare monthly invoices, reports, and contractual deliverables for providers
  • Manage database entry, maintain internal tracking systems, and run reports for quality assurance
  • Handle general office tasks such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and maintaining clinical records
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff, clients, and community partners
  • Assist the Director in gathering and analyzing data related to Quality Assurance activities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least one year of clerical or office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Safe driving record (if operating company or personal vehicles for business)

Preferred Qualifications

  • AA degree in office administration, business, or a healthcare field
  • Previous experience handling medical claims with insurance carriers
  • Experience working in a healthcare office or similar setting
