About the role
Responsibilities
- Process and manage vendor invoices for accounts payable
- Accurately code and track project costs
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoicing or cost queries
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Experience with accounts payable and cost coding preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with accounting software
