About the role
Responsibilities
- Place and track outside counsel engagements and orders
- Save and organize documents according to department naming conventions
- Maintain and update trackers to sustain a single source of truth
- Upload materials to designated portals clearly and coherently
- Audit files for accuracy and consistency
- Review signature pages for accuracy and completeness
- Edit documents and provide redlines
- Review invoices for accuracy and compliance and submit them within budget
- Provide administrative support to counsel and staff
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Professional and discreet approach to confidential information
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
- Comfort with document management systems, portals, and tracking tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of administrative and/or legal support experience
- Experience with RealPage and Clockify
