Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager and the station management team with various administrative tasks
- Facilitate communication between the General Manager and external groups or organizations
- Answer incoming calls, greet guests, and take accurate messages
- Manage and order office supplies to ensure continuous operations
- Assist with travel arrangements and scheduling
- Coordinate station meetings and special events
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working in an office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Related military experience will be considered
