About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar maintenance, meeting coordination, and phone coverage
- Manage day-to-day communication between senior leaders and company staff or external business clients
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel plans and manage subsequent expense report submissions
- Ensure department invoices and expense reports are processed timely and accurately
- Assist with the planning and coordination of department events, including room reservations, catering, and A/V equipment
- Prepare, format, and edit highly professional PowerPoint presentations
- Compile and analyze information relevant to department projects and maintain department budgets
- Work with business units such as Technology and Facilities to facilitate system access and physical relocations
Requirements
- 5+ years of administrative assistant experience supporting senior management in a professional environment
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, including the ability to synthesize and present information visually
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Teams) and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain orderly files and records
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the finance industry or a corporate environment
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, a related field, or an Administrative certification
