About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for faculty and staff within the College of Business, Humanities, & Technology
- Manage basic office management systems and procedures
- Perform accurate data entry and transfer data from hard copy to digital databases
- Set up Zoom or Google Meet video conferencing for meetings with various university divisions
- Utilize typical office equipment to support daily operations
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- One year of experience in a collaborative office environment
- Proficiency in MS Office products and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of project management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a customer service focus
- Ability to perform light work and occasional evening or weekend work for campus events
