About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist SSB Leadership with staff assignment schedules, billing, orders, and grant statistics
- Manage the front desk, greeting and signing in visitors
- Coordinate incoming case assignments through IVANTI, email, phone, and walk-ins
- Update and maintain SSB spreadsheets and WitCare for statistics management
- Monitor email requests for SSB support and file lookups for disclosure requests
- Assist with various bureau-related projects and reports
- Act as a backup to Survivor Services Associates as needed
Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or related activities
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Superior organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow policies and procedures
