About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain supervisor calendar and schedule appointments
- Respond to calls, requests, and routine correspondence
- Prepare, edit, and format documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Process supervisor expenses, reimbursements, and payments to vendors/consultants
- Follow up on internal service requests for finance, procurement, IT, and maintenance
- Organize travel arrangements including tickets, lodging, and itineraries
- Organize logistics for visitors including lodging, transport, and agendas
- Maintain updated contacts, files, and databases
- Request and manage office supplies
Requirements
- Intermediate English level
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or a related field
- Solid proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of database management and digital filing systems
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative or support roles
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability
