About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Senior Leaders and the Board of Directors at the Chevron Engineering and Innovation Excellence Center (ENGINE).
  • Independently manage complex calendars, appointments, and multi-time-zone scheduling.
  • Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, talking points, and executive-level reports with high accuracy.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the C-Suite Executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Lead logistics for leadership meetings, conferences, town halls, and high-profile events.
  • Manage expense reports, purchase orders, and departmental documentation.
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding coordination for team members.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of administrative experience, specifically supporting Senior Executives within a global multinational company.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting global executives or working across international teams.
  • Prior experience coordinating international travel and large-scale executive events.
  • Experience in the corporate or energy sector.
  • Proficiency in Kannada is an added advantage.
