About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Office of Spiritual Development (OSD).
- Provide administrative support to the University Chaplain, including schedule management and expense reconciliation.
- Coordinate chapel services, including speaker scheduling, contracts, travel logistics, and hospitality.
- Manage media for chapel and campus digital signage using Pro-Presenter.
- Oversee the Chapel Attendance Program and coordinate discipline matters with the Dean of Discipline.
- Manage OSD communications, including social media accounts, email correspondence, and event promotion.
- Coordinate graphic design projects for spiritual development events and student ministries.
- Supervise OSD student workers and volunteers.
Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a spirit of teamwork and customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Pro-Presenter.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with a diverse community.
- Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally and manage office administration tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in office administration or event coordination.
