About the role

Responsibilities

  • Complete administrative documents, logs, and attendance lists for Pro ambiente plants.
  • Manage documentation and formats required for government tenders and bidding processes.
  • Transcribe operational logs based on daily production and contracted services.
  • Administer operational data for daily production at Proambiente plants.
  • Generate required data and reports for government entities to facilitate invoicing.
  • Follow up on billing processes and purchase orders.
  • Ensure data privacy and maintain accurate records for government service contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economic Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
  • Proven knowledge of billing control and order management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and assertive interpersonal abilities.
