About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete administrative documents, logs, and attendance lists for Pro ambiente plants.
- Manage documentation and formats required for government tenders and bidding processes.
- Transcribe operational logs based on daily production and contracted services.
- Administer operational data for daily production at Proambiente plants.
- Generate required data and reports for government entities to facilitate invoicing.
- Follow up on billing processes and purchase orders.
- Ensure data privacy and maintain accurate records for government service contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economic Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
- Proven knowledge of billing control and order management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and assertive interpersonal abilities.
