About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to various campus buildings to verify as-built conditions and reconcile field information with record files
- Visit renovation projects under construction to assist Project Managers in determining solutions for users and researchers
- Perform on-site verification regarding use, occupancy, spatial configuration, and spatial metrics
- Prepare project profiles for key and priority projects
- Create and update drawings and concepts using digital tools
- Assist the AVP and Directors in preparing project status presentation packages for senior leadership and governance meetings
- Aggregate project data and information for the CPM website
- Assist with project close-out punch lists and document archiving
- Support the setup of a GIS platform for asset management and advance signage/wayfinding standards
Requirements
- GSAPP graduate student in their final year
- Discipline in Architecture, Urban Design, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or Preservation
- Familiarity with the Planning, Design, and Construction industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous professional experience in a design environment
