About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive administrative support to Senior Managing Directors and leadership teams within the Capital Markets Group
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, including prioritization and conflict resolution
- Leverage Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform to streamline scheduling and documentation
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and departmental budget records
- Support the onboarding of new employees by coordinating with HR and IT for equipment and system access
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive communications and materials
Requirements
- University or college education, or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with digital workflow, automation tools, or project tracking software
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Copilot, or other digital automation tools
- Experience supporting hybrid work environments and managing virtual meeting technology
