About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support Investment Advisors and branch operations through day-to-day administration and exceptional client service.
  • Coordinate marketing activities, including social media initiatives, website updates, and client event planning.
  • Assist the advisory team with client meeting preparation and appointment scheduling.
  • Handle client inquiries and requests, including money movements (wires, transfers), account openings, and technology support.
  • Maintain and organize client databases, files, and generated reports.
  • Ensure all transactions and tasks are appropriately assigned and completed within compliance and risk management frameworks.
  • Build rapport with clients to promote a positive experience and support long-term relationship growth.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant administrative or financial services experience.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study is preferred.
  • Knowledge of wealth management operations (e.g., client services, account transfers) is an asset.
  • Familiarity with financial technology applications and software used in the investment industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to meet local licensing and certification requirements for the branch jurisdiction.
