About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and document management within the finished goods warehouse.
- Perform order entry and ensure accurate data capture.
- Support route attention and administrative logistics.
- Maintain organized records and accounting documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative sciences (Título and Cédula are mandatory).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of administration, accounting, and inventory management.
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule and willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid driver's license.
