Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory control and document management within the finished goods warehouse.
  • Perform order entry and ensure accurate data capture.
  • Support route attention and administrative logistics.
  • Maintain organized records and accounting documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative sciences (Título and Cédula are mandatory).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of administration, accounting, and inventory management.
  • Ability to work with a flexible schedule and willingness to travel.
