About the role
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the Denver showroom
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of items
- Order accessories, inventory, and supplies
- Unpack, label, track, and organize garments
- Coordinate with local tailor and dry cleaner
- Meet and greet clients to create a professional environment
- Coordinate appointment scheduling
- Manage incoming inquiries, phone calls, and email communications
- Assist with social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Perform data entry and manage online CRM
- Occasional in-person deliveries to client offices or homes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Receptionist
- Experience with social media platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
- Ability to manage online CRM
- Tech-savvy with various office equipment
