About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of the Denver showroom
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of items
  • Order accessories, inventory, and supplies
  • Unpack, label, track, and organize garments
  • Coordinate with local tailor and dry cleaner
  • Meet and greet clients to create a professional environment
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling
  • Manage incoming inquiries, phone calls, and email communications
  • Assist with social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
  • Perform data entry and manage online CRM
  • Occasional in-person deliveries to client offices or homes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Receptionist
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
  • Ability to manage online CRM
  • Tech-savvy with various office equipment
